The 36 km dual carriageway of the Owerri-Orlu road in Imo State was opened by President Muhammadu Buhari on Tuesday.
Hope Uzodimma, the governor of Imo State, and other dignitaries wearing white outfitd and red caps greeted Buhari earlier at the airport.
