Ekiti indigene scored highest 2022 UTME mark – JAMB

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board announced on Thursday that an Ekiti State native named Adebayo Eyimofe received the highest score in the 2022 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination.

This was revealed at the board’s 2022 policy meeting, which is currently taking place at the International Conference Centre in Abuja.

According to the registrar of the board, Prof. Ishaq Oloyede, Adebayo, who wrote his examination in Abuja, received 362 points.

He was followed closely by Ugwu Chikelu, an indigene of Enugu state who also wrote his UTME in Abuja. Ugwu scored 359.

Other high scorers include Igbalaye Ebunoluwa 357; Emmanuel Oluwanifemi 357; Ozumba Samuel 357; Olumide-Attah Ayomide 355; Lawal Olaoluwa 355; Dokun Jubril 354; Amaku Anthony 354 and Aghulor Divine 353.
