Oyinkansola Aderibigbe, better known as Ayra Starr, has collaborated with American vocalist Kelly Rowland on the remix of her hit single, Bloody Samaritan.

The duo first hinted at the collaboration in January, when Ghanaian-American author Larry Ossei-Mensah approached both singers with the proposal to collaborate on the song.

Mensah tagged both singers in an Instagram story video of himself driving with the song playing in the car and wrote, “I need this collab to happen for the culture, please!”

Rowland and Starr both reposted the video on their Instagram page assuring fans that they were interested in working together.

On Tuesday, the 19 and Dangerous artiste shared a picture of herself and Rowland on her Instagram page, confirming the release of the remix.

“Super excited to share this with you all. Someone I’ve always wanted to work with and it’s on my song Bloody Samaritan…the beautiful legend @kellyrowland out tomorrow!!!” she wrote in the caption
